Also encouraged with kindness to continue with exercises, rehab.

Had to wait 2 hours and 45 minutes to be seen. Not one person communicated that they were running late 3 hours. I waited in the waiting room not knowing anything and missed another appointment I had that day.

Give more time to nervous patients?
Let other patients know of any delays just be honest with us.
